God's humour

I prayed to God to help me slim down and lose weight. I was hoping to be able to resist delicious foods and exercise. But God has His way. Instead of my expectations, He gave me diarrhea, vomit, and other variety of sickness. I wasn't able to eat because anything that I eat will be thrown out from my mouth. So, I couldn't eat anything. And water? My favourite drink but everytime i drink it, it just comes flowing out from my butt.

The bright side? I lost 1 kg on the first night and keep on losing weight. I look so slim now!!
hahahaha :) God will work in his own way...

Goal Or Destiny?

Goal is what we want to achieve and strive to make it come true in this life.

But... All of us has a destiny... We won't be able to escape it because all of us have our own destiny given by God.

For example... my history teacher shared this to me and my friends. She actually hates teaching... She went to do all the different kind of jobs but it all failed... She was actually trying to run away from the fact that her destiny was to teach. So... in the end... she begin teaching...

So... if you don't follow od's plan for you... Nevermind. Cause sooner or later you will have to. Trust me...

Just to tell you guys and girls as well as parents that being successful is not being top or whatever but achieving what you are made to do.

(For parents)
Don't be mad at your child if they are not what you want them to become. Know why? Because you do not know the reason God made them for. If you strive to mould them in your way... It will just be in vain.

But don't worry, give them the best you can and stand beside them encouraging them all the way. Discouragement don't bring a person's spirit up. It might... for a while because they just want to please you or to fulfill your desires and dreams. But... after they please you... what do they get?

It's true that it might be good for them but there is something more perfect :)

I wonder... this is my view on who God is...

A father... Always there to provide our needs for us.

A friend... Always there to encourage us to go for it!!

A comforter... Always there to quiet down your heart and cheer you up when you are down.

A hero.. Always there to rescue me from all my troubles.

And lastly... He is always there for me 24/7 (NO DOUBT!! (^-^))
